平台与适用范围Platform and scope
Funway 由深圳唯募文化科技有限公司运营，提供活动信息展示、成员匹配、沟通、安全与好去处工具。Funway 通常不是线下活动的组织者、场地方或交易相对方。Funway is operated by Shenzhen Weimu Culture Technology Co., Ltd. It provides hangout discovery, matching, communication, safety and places tools. Funway is generally not the organizer, venue or transaction counterparty for offline activities.
资格与账号Eligibility and accounts
你须年满 18 岁，使用本人可控制的手机号或 Apple 账号注册，并对账号活动负责。不得出借、买卖、批量注册或冒用账号。You must be at least 18, register with a phone number or Apple account you control, and remain responsible for account activity. Lending, selling, bulk-registering or impersonating accounts is prohibited.
实名信息Identity information
部分活动或安全功能要求实名信息。你须填写真实、准确且属于本人的姓名、出生日期、证件类型和证件号码，并确认责任声明；无需上传证件照片。冒用身份或提交虚假资料的法律责任由提交人承担。Some event and safety features require identity information. You must submit your own accurate name, birth date, document type and document number and accept the declaration. Document photos are not required. You are responsible for impersonation or false submissions.
活动发布与参加Hosting and joining
发布者应如实说明时间、地区、人数、费用与风险。参加者应独立判断身体状况、交通、场地与人身财产风险。Hosts must accurately disclose time, area, capacity, cost and risks. Participants must independently assess health, transport, venue, personal and property risks.
费用边界Payment boundary
当前活动费用由成员线下自行协商结算。平台不代收、不托管、不担保退款；不得借平台强制收取订金、押金或预付款。Current event costs are settled offline by participants. Funway does not collect, hold or guarantee refunds, and the platform must not be used to force deposits or advance payments.
禁止行为Prohibited conduct
禁止诈骗、赌博、色情、毒品、非法交易、骚扰、歧视、威胁、偷拍、泄露隐私、强迫饮酒或身体接触、虚假组局、恶意刷量及绕过安全门禁。Fraud, gambling, sexual exploitation, drugs, illegal trade, harassment, discrimination, threats, covert recording, privacy abuse, forced drinking or contact, fake events, manipulation and bypassing safety controls are prohibited.
审核、注销与联系Moderation, deletion and contact
平台可根据举报和审核限制内容、取消活动、暂停功能或封禁账号。你可在 App 的“我的 → 设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号”申请删除账号。问题请联系 support@funway.club。Funway may restrict content, cancel events, suspend features or ban accounts after reports and review. Delete your account in Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. Contact support@funway.club for help.
