如何联系我们？How can I contact Funway?
发送邮件至 support@funway.club。请说明问题、App 版本和相关活动；不要通过普通邮件发送完整证件号码、验证码或密码。Email support@funway.club with the issue, app version and relevant event. Never email complete ID numbers, verification codes or passwords.
如何举报活动或用户？How do I report an event or user?
在活动详情或用户资料中选择“举报”，提交原因后由平台处理。现实危险请先离开现场并联系当地紧急服务。Choose Report on the event or user profile and submit a reason. In immediate danger, leave and contact local emergency services first.
如何删除账号？How do I delete my account?
在 App 中进入“我的 → 设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号”。提交后会退出登录并进入删除流程。完整说明请查看账号删除页面。In the app, go to Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. You will be signed out and deletion will begin. See the Account Deletion page for details.
响应时间Response time
一般问题通常会在 2 个工作日内回复；账号安全、隐私和现实安全问题会优先处理。General requests are normally answered within two business days. Account security, privacy and real-world safety issues receive priority.
